FAQ

Everything you wanted to ask, plus a few things you didn't.

The Honor Roll

Do I have to log my wipe?

No. The Honor Roll is optional. You can send a roll anonymously, keep it to yourself, or skip logging entirely. But where's the fun in that?

What happens if I don't get the email?

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us from the email address you used for the order — we'll resend or manually create your link.

Can I log multiple wipes from one order?

Yes. If you bought a 4-pack, your link lets you log 4 wipes — one for each roll. Log them one at a time, one per person.

Why do you need the recipient's city and state?

For the state-by-state leaderboard. It helps visitors find patterns and see where the most broken promises are coming from. We do not collect or display street addresses.

Can my wipe be removed later?

If you change your mind, email us with your order number and we'll remove it. Recipients who feel aggrieved can also request removal and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

The Product

Is this real toilet paper?

Yes. It's fully functional single-ply toilet paper printed with the broken promise of your choice. Use it, mail it, frame it — your call.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our Los Angeles fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. Standard US shipping takes 3-7 business days after that.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. US only at launch. International shipping coming once volume justifies the logistics.

What's your return policy?

All sales final. Once you've received your roll, it's yours to send wherever. If there's a problem with your order (damaged, wrong item), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Legal & Safety

Is this legal?

Yes. Sending a novelty product through USPS with a return address is legal expression. The Honor Roll publishes names and cities only — no accusations, no stories, no addresses. Your First Amendment rights are intact.

Could the recipient sue me?

Lawsuits require damages and legally-recognized harm. A roll of novelty toilet paper with a public document printed on it doesn't meet that bar. That said, we're not your lawyer — use judgment.

Can I send it anonymously?

You can, but we recommend against it. A clear return address signals that this is deliberate commentary, not harassment. It also keeps you compliant with USPS regulations.

Charity & Business

What's the charity donation about?

10% of every sale goes to a charity related to the oath broken. Hippocratic Oath rolls fund patient advocacy groups. Marriage Vows rolls fund divorce support orgs. And so on.

Who's behind this?

TheLastWipe is a small, independent operation run out of Los Angeles. Founded by someone who got the runaround one too many times and decided to do something about it.

Can I suggest a new product?

Yes. Email us with the document or oath you'd like to see printed. If there's demand, we'll add it to the lineup.
