United States only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap once we work out customs declarations for "novelty paper goods printed with broken oaths."
How We Ship
We ship via USPS and UPS from our 3PL partner in Los Angeles, California. Flat $4.99 shipping & handling on every order, regardless of how many rolls you buy.
How Long It Takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days from order to shipment.
- Transit: 3–7 business days within the contiguous US.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5–10 business days.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first — that resolves most of these. If it's truly gone, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and either resend or refund, depending on what the investigation turns up.
If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), we'll resend at no charge once the carrier confirms it's missing.
Returns
30 days, unopened, buyer pays return shipping. Defective items: same process, but we credit return postage after we receive the roll. Full details on the Customer Service page.
Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you for a corrected address and re-ship at your expense (you'll cover the original shipping cost again). Save us both the trouble — check before you click pay.
